Do note that a deposit of $100 is required for group booking upon entry. The deposit would be fully refunded once the booking is over and there are no damages to our rooms.

We do need to collect $100 deposit cash when you reach on-site .
We will do a quick check before you leave for any damages done .
Things to take note that we will be charging and deducting based on
1. If there is stains on sofas eg:spillage of drinks or food on sofa
Very messy room that requires a lot of cleaning that will delay the timing of the next customer due to the huge mess and spillage that occured.
2. No pasting on our walls as it will peel off the paint . If you do paste and the paint peel it will be charged to you .
3. Any damages done to the furniture , sofa and the television it will be billed to you .
Do take care of the room so we could Avoid all this unnecessary situation . Once we check the room and it’s all good we will return the deposit to you 😊😊
